You Are Welcome Here

Common Grace Grounds is a place where neighbors can gather, build relationships, and enjoy life together.

Throughout the year, we open the Grounds for community events, worship nights, and Bible studies. These gatherings are relaxed, welcoming, and free of charge.

You do not need to belong to a particular church, have experience with horses, or already be involved with Common Grace Grounds. Come as you are.

Good Company, Shared Experiences

Some of the best relationships begin when people are simply doing something enjoyable together.

Our community events bring children, families, individuals, and neighbors onto the property to meet the horses, enjoy time outside, and get to know one another.

The activities may change with the seasons, but the purpose stays the same: create a place where people can have fun, experience hospitality, and know they are welcome.

  • A Few Ways We Gather

Bring a blanket, share a picnic lunch in the pasture, and enjoy an afternoon with horses wandering and grazing nearby.

A simple opportunity to spend time outside, connect with others, and enjoy life at the Grounds.

  • Paint a Pony, Paint a Pumpkin

Join us for a fall gathering where children can choose and decorate a pumpkin—and put a little washable paint on one of our very patient horses.

An afternoon of creativity, connection, and seasonal fun.

  • Workout & Workshop

A gathering for young men that begins with training together and sharing breakfast, followed by learning practical skills.

Topics may include changing a tire, jump-starting a car, tying a tie, or learning useful knots.

Worship Nights

On the first Friday of each month, we open the barn for a simple evening of worship.

String lights go on, the barn doors stay open, and we gather for songs, Scripture, prayer, and a short devotional. It is an opportunity to slow down at the end of the week, worship Christ together, and enjoy an evening at the Grounds.

Christians from different churches—and anyone who is curious, searching, or would simply like to come along—are welcome.

Worship Nights are held rain or shine. Check the upcoming gathering details for confirmed dates and times.

Bible Study at the Grounds

On the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, we gather for a one-hour Bible study led by one of our leaders.

Together, we open the Bible, explore what it says, ask questions, and consider how God’s Word speaks into ordinary life.

You do not need a theology degree, extensive Bible knowledge, or the right answers. Bring a Bible if you have one, bring your questions, and come ready to learn alongside others.

Check the upcoming gathering details for confirmed dates and times.

Community Events, Worship Nights, and Bible Studies at Common Grace Grounds are free of charge.

Do I need to belong to a church?

No. You do not need church membership or previous involvement with Common Grace Grounds to attend. Worship Nights and Bible Studies are Christian gatherings, and people who are curious or would like to learn are welcome.

No previous horse experience is needed to attend our community gatherings. Check the individual event description to see what activities are planned.
