This policy applies to physical merchandise purchased from Common Grace Grounds.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Made-to-order and preorder items may require additional preparation time. Any different processing timelines will be stated on the product page.

Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service selected. Carrier delays, holidays, and severe weather may affect arrival times.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be included when available.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at commongracegrounds@gmail.com. We may not be able to change the address once an order has shipped.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact commongracegrounds@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the problem.
